Utilizing advanced framing methods such as the two stud California Corner, insulated and right-sized headers, and raised-heel trusses, plus always framing 2x6 exterior walls we are building a better insulation cavity right into your house. Our blown-in insulation system better prevents air infiltration, reduces sound, and creates a stable indoor environment that's energy efficient.

Maximizing the comfort inside.

The system forms a seamless blanket of insulation that completely fills around pipes, wires, and other objects inside the cavity to increase thermal efficiency and eliminate costly voids and air gaps. This process helps provide you with the highest, full cavity effective R-values attainable today. Partnered with our Advance Framing Techniques, and blowing the attic in to the Department of Energy's recommendation of an R-49 (going above the building code standard of R-38) the house becomes a totally seamless blanket.

Our interior design team has access to the top lines of flooring, providing beautiful schemes that flow through the whole house. Hardwood floors in the main living areas, and porcelain tile in the bathrooms are the standard options in our models.


Cleaner air, cleaner home.

With the Hide-A-Hose patented central vacuum system you will never need to carry or store bulky vacuum hoses. Simply pull out the amount of hose you need from the inlet valve, connect your cleaning wand (with attachment) and begin vacuuming.

When you have finished vacuuming, detach the cleaning wand from the hose, then the suction from the central vacuum effortlessly retracts the hose into the system hidden behind the wall. 

Homeowners also benefit from the cleaner air made possible since central vacuum units are located outside of the living space and do not re-circulate allergens or dust mites.
